Work to do, Folks.How do you teach the unteachable?  The ones who move away when you reach out for them?  It's so hard when all they do is just frustrate you  I've tried to be her friend  But my intentions, I've never called to question  The back of my mind burned  With a thought that never came to full fruition

Issues.All the small things bug me  I never seem to leave this insecurity  
A blanket that smothers  A cloud I can't get out from  Those rocky mountains still hold me  A grip I can't escape  So many vices I've tried  And so many remedies I've consumed  The only one that works  Is the one that subjects me to the most strain  God set a path before me  But before I can leave for greener pastures  I must first escape the grip of this wasteland  I have to win this fight  if I am to escape  These insecurities. So.
This weekend
I find myself faced with an interesting event...
I am going to be playing percussion on stage for New Hope Central O'ahu. Specifically, the Kajone(variation of the bongo)... Skill wise, I'm ready. I just need to get completely familiar with all 50+ songs that the band plays.
And... well, despite all that's been happening, I'm strangely.. at peace.
Hope ya'll are having good days, and sorry for not posting anything in a long time. School's been sucking up ALLLLL my time... So I'll see if I can put something up soon. x]
